Changes planned for the forecasting page:

I am currently in the process of making some major changes to the forecasting page.
My plan: Take the US Weather page & the Forecasting page and turn them into 3 main pages:
1) Current Conditions
2) Forecasting
3) Archived Data / Climate
with the addition of the existing Teleconnections page and two new pages:
1) Upper Air
2) PA Forecasting.
